四川秦巴山区文化旅游产业发展战略研究

考虑四川秦巴山区文化旅游产业在发展中的存在资源特色优势发挥不足、产业规模小、产业结构及空间布局不合理等问题,提出了产业发展目标,即依托并整合区域自然资源和文化资源,打造达州协同巴中形成四川秦巴山区的旅游核心区,构建绿色循环跨越发展新格局。研究认为,在四川秦巴山区文化旅游产业现状的基础上,其文化旅游产业发展要以可持续发展理论为指导,根据市场发展导向、统一规划与分段实施的原则,实施"一轴一区"的战略布局模式,"一环三带两片区"的总体布局思路,以加快推进其文化旅游产业绿色循环发展。

Development Strategy Research for the Cultural Tourism Industry of Qin-Ba Mountain Areas in Sichuan Province

Considering some problems in the development of the cultural tourism industry of Qin‐Ba mountain area in Sichuan ,such as characteristic resources advantages developing insufficiently ,small industry scale ,unreasonable industrial structure and space layout ,industry development goals are put forward .It is relying on and integrating regional natural resources and cultural resources ,building DaZhou and BaZhong together to form tourism core of Qin‐Ba mountain area in Sichuan and building a new pattern of green‐cycle across development .The research suggests that ,in the basis of the cultural tourism industry of Qin‐Ba mountain area in Sichuan ,in order to develop the industry needs sustainable development theory as the instruction .In order to accelerate the development of the culture tourism industry of Qin‐Ba mountain area in Sichuan under the green‐cycle ,it needs to be guided by the sustainable development theory ;based on principles of market development guidance ,unified planning and implementation of piecewise ;carried out the pattern of “One Shaft & One District”and the overall layout of “One Ring & Three Zones & Two Area” .
