| 摘 要： | 以长沙市金霞经济开发区为例,简要分析长沙市金霞经济开发区的发展现状和土地集约利用评价的方法,确定长沙市金霞经济开发区评价类型,建立土地集约利用评价的指标体系,对土地集约利用程度评价的结果进行分析,并提出促进长沙市金霞经济开发区土地集约利用的合理建议。
