基于ISM模型的企业隐性知识转移影响因素分析

随着知识经济的兴起,企业隐性知识作为一种关键的要素和资源,已经得到企业的高度重视。而企业隐性知识转移对于企业获得和保持持续竞争优势具有独特的意义。找寻出在整个隐性知识转移中最为潜在的结构与变量,成为企业知识管理中最为根本性的问题。本文运用ISM方法,对影响企业隐性知识转移的关键因素进行了规范合理的分析,对各因子在转移中的载荷做了恰当的评价,以此为企业提高隐性知识转移效率与知识创新能力,从而制定相应的知识管理措施来发展组织能力,并最终为获得持续的竞争优势提供一些理论借鉴。
