| 摘 要： | 产业转移具有区域相关性，同时也存在着“区域粘性”，而后者往往被人们所忽视。针对产业转移的“区域粘性”，皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设的战略思路，一是提升产业水平，调整振兴“存量产业”，大力发展“增量产业”；二要优化空间布局，整合城市资源配置，加快城市群建设，从产业和空间两个方面培育产业承接能力。
