| Abstract: | Excellent talents and scientific management play an important role in the enterprise's survival and development.With the financial crisis caused by the United States sub-loan crisis,enterprises are facing serious challenges.Based on the characteristics of knowledge-type staff and staff turnover management theory,this essay discusses the significance of flow management and risk under the impact of the financial crisis,as well as how enterprises timely adjust and improve the turnover management of knowledge-type staff. |
