日本企业社会责任管理研究

我国企业社会责任研究与实践都已经取得了长足的发展,但就最近出现的瘦肉精、塑化剂、海上漏油等事件清楚地表明我国企业在社会责任管理方面还有很多缺陷,与国外企业的社会责任管理相比还有较大差距.本文主要研究了日本企业实施社会责任的发展阶段和日本企业社会责任管理的特点.本文把日本企业社会责任的发展阶段分为2000年以前探索阶段和2000年至今的快速发展阶段,研究了各阶段代表性的事件和代表性的活动,并进一步总结了当前日本企业社会责任管理的特点:即社会责任管理过程形成社会责任管理循环和社会责任管理的人员、过程及内容的全面性.本文最后从企业、行业协会、政府和媒体四个方面提出了政策建议.本文借此通过对日本企业社会责任管理的研究,希望能够为我国企业社会责任管理水平的提高提供借鉴.

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Management of Japanese Enterprises

The research and practice of corporate social responsibility(CSR) in China have made great progress.These incidents that have happened recently about Lean meat powder,Elasticizer and Marine oil leak indicate clearly our country Enterprises have many flaws in CSR management aspect comparing with the overseas enterprises’.This article mainly studies the Japanese Enterprises’ development phase of CSR management and the Japanese Enterprise CSR management characteristics.The development process is divided into two phases,one is the exploratory stage(before 2000).The other is the stage of rapid development(after 2000).This paper discusses each stage’s representative events and the representative activities,and further summarizes the current Japanese Enterprise CSR management characteristics.This article finally puts forward the policy proposal from the points of the enterprises,the industrial associations,the governments and the Medias.Based on the research of management of CSR in Japan,this paper will help to improve the level of CSR management of Chinese enterprises.
