| 摘 要： | 知识型员工是知识经济时代在企业出现的新型工作群体,他们大多受过系统的专业教育,掌握一定的专业知识和技能,具有较高学历、相应的专业特长和较高的个人素质。对他们采取何种管理方式,很多企业无所适从。现代企业管理经验证明,"柔性管理"是最佳方式。
