| 摘 要： | 股利政策能够反映公司业绩的优劣,因此会影响到股票的价格。上市公司也非常重视股利分配政策的制定。股利分配政策也是现代公司财务管理活动重要内容之一。首先我们总结了我国常见的上市公司股利分配政策;然后从四个方面指出我国上市公司股利分配政策存在的问题;最后从四个角度提出完善我国上市公司股利分配政策的措施。
