| Abstract: | In view of the problem of the deficiency of enterprise core competence in the old industrial base, the paper analyzes the urgency of cultivating and enhancing the core competence of enterprises by describing the enterprise core competence theory. Then, the paper puts forward the ways of cultivating and enhancing enterprise core competence in order to provide the theories to the reform of old industrial base . |
