| 摘 要： | 在分析了安徽省民营经济发展存在的主要问题及原因的基础上,提出了以下对策措施:营造民营经济发展的优良市场环境,破除民营企业的融资"瓶颈",打造民营企业社会化服务体系,培育民营企业发展所稀缺的企业资源,实现民营企业的低成本扩张和提高民营企业的自我发展能力。
