| Abstract: | Based on an analysis to the competitive advantage of firm cluster, this paper brings cluster strategy into the development way of hi - tech firms through the analysis of two cases that are silicon valley and Taiwanese Hsinchu Science Industrial Park(HSIP). At last an strategy procedure is elaborated , which is based on cluster strategy. |
