摘    要:随着信息技术不断发展,社交网络逐渐普及,新技术可以更有效地研究游客对景区旅游形象的感知。以新浪微博LBS签到用户为研究对象,以微博评论为研究样本,运用Python软件获取8580条新浪微博LBS签到数据,通过ROST Content Mining、UCINET软件,采用文本分析法、社会网络分析法从景区环境、佛教文化、服务设施、户外活动、气象景观5个方面探索游客对峨眉山风景区旅游形象感知。结果显示:游客对峨眉山风景区的情感态度整体上趋于良好;对景区自然景观和宗教文化评价较高;认为峨眉山风景区是锻炼身体、休闲娱乐的好场所;对景区内基础服务设施方面存有负面评价。最后,对峨眉山及同类型景区的旅游发展提出了相应的参考建议。

Abstract:With the continuous development of information technology and the gradual popularization of social network,new technologies could be used more effectively to study tourists image perception of the scenic spot.Taking users of Sina Weibo LBS as the research object and users comments as the research sample,this paper obtained 8580 check-in data from Sina Weibo LBS through Python.Based on these data,making use of text analysis and social network analysis through ROST Content Mining and UCINET,this paper explored tourists perception of tourist image of the Mt.Emei scenic spot from five aspects:environment of the scenic spot,Buddhist culture,service facilities,outdoor activities and meteorological landscape.The results showed that the overall trend of tourists emotional attitude toward the Mt.Emei scenic spot was positive;the natural landscape and religious culture of the scenic spot were highly evaluated;and the Mt.Emei scenic spot was considered to be a good place for exercise,leisure and entertainment;but there were negative evaluations of the basic service facilities in the scenic spot.Finally,this paper put forward corresponding suggestions for the tourism development of the Mt.Emei scenic spot and other scenic spots of the same sort.
