| 摘 要： | 在研究和确定中小型企业技术创新能力分析评价指标体系的基础上，从总体上、不同注册类型上、不同行业和部门上、不同地区分布上对河北省中小型企业技术创新能力进行全面系统的评价与分析，就如何改善和提高本省中小型企业技术创新能力提出了切实可行的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of definition and indexes of technology innovation ability for small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper systematically analyses and evaluates the technology innovation abilities to small and medium-sized enterprises from overall scope, types, departments or districts in Hebei province. Some suggestions about how to strengthen the technology innovation ability for Hebei province are proposed. |
