| 摘 要： | 针对国内应用型物流人才培养机制存在的问题,从教育模式、师资队伍、专业课程设置和实践教育等四个方面对其进行了比较,提出了国际比较视野下的应用型物流人才特质。在此基础上,从运行、发展、管理制度、配套与保障、激励与监督等方面构建了国际比较视野下的应用型物流人才培养机制。

| Abstract: | In view of the existing problem of training mecha-nism for domestic applied logistics talent, the comparison is carried out from education mode, teachers, professional cur-riculum and practice education, and the characteristic of ap-plication logistics talents is presented. Finally, the training mechanism of application-oriented logistics talent based on in-ternational comparation is constructed, and the mechanism in-cludes operation, development, management system, supporting and protecting, incentive and supervision and so on. |
