摘    要:绿色采购作为绿色供应链管理的起点,其效果和效率直接影响到绿色供应链管理的绩效。文章从企业采购流程的视角进行了"绿色绩效"的研究,依据"绿色可持续"的思想,构建了制造型企业的绿色采购绩效评价指标体系;采用信息熵-TOPSIS方法描绘不同性质指标的模糊信息,克服以往研究中指标权重过多地受主观性的影响。通过案例分析表明了该指标体系的有效性和可行性,为我国企业绿色采购绩效的评价提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:As the first step of green supply chain management, green procurement has an important influence on its performance. Based on the theory of green and sustainable, this paper studies the green performance from the view of procurement's process, and proposes a performance evaluation system of green procurement for manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, by using the methods of TOPSIS and information entropy, a composite index which can embody the performance of green procurement is calculated. And finally, the index system which is built in this paper is proved to be valid and viable by the case studies. This study pro-vides a new way to evaluate the performance of green procurement for manufacturing enterprises.
