珠江三角洲城市节水减污措施的经济分析

快速城市化的珠江三角洲地区面临着较为严重的水环境问题,节水减污是珠江三角洲地区实现水资源可持续利用的有效途径。本文着眼于评价节水减污战略措施的实施环境,以珠江三角洲城市污水集中处理的现状经济指标为分析背景,运用比率经济指标,对工业废水回用和建筑中水利用这两类具有显著环境效益的节水减污措施进行了经济合理性的对比分析。分析结果表明:工业废水回用和建筑中水利用这两项节水减污措施在珠江三角洲地区具有实施的经济可行性。

Economic Analysis on Measures for Wastewater Reduction by Urban Water Conservation in the Pearl River Delta

The Pearl River Delta region, speedily urbanizing, is facing a very severe water environment problem. Water conservation and wastewater reduction by is an effective approach to realizing sustainable use of water resources in the Pearl River Delta region. Focusing on evaluating the implementing environment of strategic measures for water conservation and wastewater reduction, and based on the analytical background of the cur rent economic indicators of urban centralized sewage treatment in the Pearl River Delta, industrial wastewater reuse and buildings greywater reuse, which are two measures of water conservation and wastewater reduction having remarkable environmental benefits, are analyzed in regard to economic rationality. The analysis results indicate that the two measures have a high economical feasibility for implementing in the Pearl River Delta.
