知识产权产业初探

在知识经济迅速发展的今天，定量评价知识产权对经济增长的贡献一直是理论研究者、政策制定者和企业经营者关注的焦点。本文从五个不同层面概述了目前常用的评价方法，利用斯维克界定的知识产权产业初步测算和比较北京和上海知识产权产业的贡献率，并对我国知识产权产业的发展提出了若干政策建议。

Study ofthe Intellectual Property Industries

With the rapid development of knowledge - based economy, more and more people are probing into the contributions of the intellectual property to the growth of economy,including academicians, policy - makers and enterprises - operators. This paper summarizes all methods available in five differentlevels,takes Beijing and Shanghaifor examples, probes into the contributions of the intellectual property industries defined by Siwek and finally gives some advice on the development ofthe Domestic intellectual property industries.
