| Abstract: | The municipal engineering sector in China is characteristic of sole investment body, lack of competition, inefficiency and poor quality. Therefore, the sector needs to be pushed into the market economy to attract private investment and improve the supplying efficiency of municipal works.The paper analyzes the situation of municipal engineering sector, the trends of market economy, the theoretical foundation and models as well as their influence on the rectification structure of governments. |
