| 摘 要： | 从装备采购效益评价可以促进我军装备采购改革,分析装备采购的政治、军事、经济和社会效益,分析各种因素对装备采购效益的影响,帮助装备采购部门做出正确的决策等四个方面探讨了我军开展装备采购效益评价的意义。提出了从政治效益、军事效益、经济效益和社会效益四个方面来构建我军装备采购效益评价的指标体系。 |

| Abstract: | This article explores the significance of evaluation on benefit of equipment in the PLA.The evaluation on benefit of equipment acquisition can promote reform of equipment acquistion,analyze the political benefits,the military benefits,the economic benefits and the social benefits,analyze all factors to influence the benefit of equipment acquisition,assist the department of make accurate decision.This article brings forward evaluating index system of equipment acquisition in the political benefits,the military benefits,the economic benefits and the social benefits. |
