| Abstract: | In recent years, the construction of Multiple-Layer capital markets in China has been being the topic that many scholars and authorities discuss. Especially the SME board being launched in Shenzhen Stock Exchange several months ago,was an innovation to our system. This article compares the circumstance of multiple-Layer capital market in China with that in foreign countries, analyses the significance of constructing this kind of market, and offers some thoughts about its development and existential problems. |
