| 摘 要： | 商业票据作为一种有效的短期金融工具,正在进行着一场世界范围的电子化革命,将对全球的资本与货币市场带来巨大影响。日本为了推进商业票据的电子化进程,促进资本与货币市场的良性发展采取了一系列措施,不仅制定了多套相关法规制度为之提供基础构建,还组建了日本资本市场协议会为之提供服务机制,取得了一定的成功经验,这对具有相同地域背景,面临同样课题的我国,具有很大借鉴意义。
