| 摘 要： | 产业集群的形成固然是外部环境驱动的结果,但是产业集群并不是一个静态的实体,其生成是一个动态演进的过程。要进一步揭示产业集群形成的微观过程,就要深入研究集群形成的外在条件与内在逻辑。根据集群分工与内在制度的演进,可以认为集群本质上是由基于外在条件的"偶然事件"启动其内在逻辑而自发地生成的。

| Abstract: | The formation of industrial cluster is no doubt the outcome droved by external circumstance,however,industrial cluster isn′t a static entity,its formation is a process of dynamic evolution.In order to reveal the microcosmic formation of industrial cluster,we need to lucubrate the external conditions and internal logic during the formation of industrial cluster.According to division of labor and institution,the paper deems that industrial cluster forms spontaneously through external conditions which start the internal logic. |
