| Abstract: | The manpower capital plays an increasingly important role in enterprises'development in the knowledge economy ages. On account of the characteristics of manpower capital and matching between rights and duty, incentive and constraint on the owner of manpower capital becomes the core of manpower capital management and contents of corporate governance of listed companies in new economy times. |
