| 摘 要： | 利用1987年-2003年的时间序列数据，对国内现有研究未能解决的地区间贸易开放度与经济增长的相关关系厦因果关系进行分析和通过多变量VAR系统的研究表明，贸易开放度指标与经济增长指标在各地区的因果关系不一致。其中东部地区经济增长是贸易开放的格兰杰原因，而中西部地区则是贸易开放是经济增长的格兰杰原因，这与地区间经济发展水平的差异有直接关系，中西部地区应该立足于本地区情况，加快贸易结构的优化，形成规模经济。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the time series data from 1987 to 2003 to analyze the problem of correlation and causality between opening degree of trade and economic growth in Chinese regional area, The research employs three variable VAR systems and the result shows that in different regions the causality relation between opening degree of trade and economic growth is different because of the differentials of regional economic development. In Eastern area economic growth is the granger causality of opening degree of trade; In Midwest area opening trade improve economic growth. According to situation of Midwest area , quickening trade structure optimization of this area. |
