| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党执政以来首次提出的新命题。在我国社会转型时期必须突出马克思主义在社会意识形态的指导地位,既要坚定不移地坚持马克思主义,又要与时俱进地大力推进思想理论创新,不断提高建设社会主义先进文化的能力,同心协力地构建社会主义和谐社会。
