| 摘 要： | 我国已经加入WTO，这对农业既是挑战又是机遇。现在的任务是，应充分利用WTO规则来创新农业经济体制，加快实现农业产业化。新农业经济体制模式应为：集体土地＋农家经营＋合作社服务＝农业产业化，农村城市化。
