| 摘 要： | 饭店客房产品是饭店经营的最主要最基本的产品，在饭店经营中具有十分重要的作用。介绍了精益物流思想及其在饭店房务管理中的应用，指出精益物流思想可以帮助饭店在房务管理中减少浪费，降低经营成本，提高顾客满意度，获取更高经济回报率。
