| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和区域经济一体化两大趋势的推动下，区域旅游合作是区域经济一体化进程中最易实现并且是率先推进的部分。区域旅游的合作发展问题，绝不是政府单方面的合作构想，或者扩容式合作框架的建立所能够完全解决的。本文通过列举国内外区域旅游合作发展模式的发展现状，提炼出国内外区域旅游合作发展模式的共同点和差异点，提出过多的政府行政力量的涉及是我国区域旅游合作发展中最大的缺陷。
