| 摘 要： | 基于重庆轨道交通二号线的实证分析,研究了其对周围房价的影响范围,结果表明其对大渡口区域的影响范围最大为2.5km,同时研究了轨道交通二号线对房价影响的时间性,发现轨道交通线路全面开工和全线竣工通车两个时点均是影响房价幅度的峰值点.

| Abstract: | Basing on demonstration analysis about Chongqing Rail Transit 2nd Line, the paper studied the impact area of it to value of property, the result indicates that the impact area of Chongqing Rail Transit 2nd Line to property value of Da Dukou District is the biggest, reach 2.5 km; besides, the paper studied the impact timeliness of Chongqing Rail Transit 2nd Line to value of property, discovereds when the rail transit totally starts working and is open to the traffic. |
