对我国国有商业银行股份制改造的探讨

本文认为,股份制改造是我国国有商业银行改革的关键,也是其提高竞争力的根本途径;只有实行规范的股份制改造,确保其数据的透明度,才能吸引境内外的战略投资者,才能真正建立起现代企业制度;走金融控股集团的道路,目前有三种选择,即集团改制上市、整体改制上市和部分分行分拆上市,但上市并不是股份制改造的终结,不能为上市而上市。

An Analysis on the Holding Restructuring of Chinese State-owned Commercial Banks

This thesis holds that the holding restructuring of state-owned commercial banks is the key of the reform of commercial banks and is the root to enhance their competence.In order to attract foreign strategic investors,the commercial banks must carry on standardized holding restructuring and information of data should be transparent. The thesis also conducts a profound analysis on how the commercial banks to structure financial holding groups and to go public.On the basis of this analysis,the thesis proposes that going public is not the end of holding restructuring and going to public itself should not be the only purpose by the state-owned commercial banks.
