本文从研究跨国公司产业结构效应出发,分析了经济全球化的背景下跨国公司产业结构调整对我国产业发展的重要影响,认为跨国公司在我国投资对于促进和提高我国产业发展具有积极作用,并提出了利用跨国公司实现产业结构高级化、利用跨国公司发展高科技、培养和发展自己跨国公司的应对策略。
