我国B2C电子商务物流发展问题及对策研究

摘    要:在外部环境和现状的基础上,以京东商城、当当网、卓越亚马逊、天猫网等较为典型的B2C电商企业为例,重点分析我国B2C电子商务物流发展的主要问题——物流成本问题和逆向物流问题以及问题产生的原因,从物流法制、物流理论等五方面,提出解决我国B2C电子商务物流发展问题的建议和对策,以期为我国B2C电商物流的又好又快发展提供参考和启示。

China B2C electronic commercial logistics development problem and countermeasure research
Abstract:On the basis of he external environment and the development status of China's B2C e-commerce logistics,the paper focuses on the analysis of main problems of B2C E-commerce logistics with researches on some typical B2C E-Commerce enterprise like JD, Dan- gdang, Amazon and Tmall. And the main problems include logistics costs problem and reverse logistics problem. Finally, the paper proposes some constructive feed- backs and suggestions in order to provide the reference and enlightenment for our country's B2C e-commerce Io- gistics development.
