国外分时度假研究进展

分时度假是将旅游和房地产两大产业融合衍生的一种新型开发模式,在国外已有近50年的发展历史,国外学者在"分时度假市场状况、发展前景、消费者、产品、营销"方面探索出较丰富的研究成果。而分时度假在我国起步相对较迟,成果较少。本文结合国外分时度假较新的研究动态,对国外分时度假的研究成果进行总结概括,从而为国内学者了解国外分时度假研究动态提供便利,也为国内分时度假产业的持续、健康发展提供启示。

Research foreign country time share vocation system progress

Timeshare is a new development model,whi- ch is a new combination of tourism and real estate,ii has become the trend of the tourism market and the real estate market. Timeshare has a history of nearly 50 years in foreign countries. There are rich research about timeshare in abroad, which concentrate on the condition of timeshare market,the future of the time- share industry,the product and the marketing. Because the timesharing started relatively late in China,the scale and the depth of the research about timeshare in our country need to improve. In order to guide the time share development in our country, as well as to bring convenience to the scholars to understand the relative research in abroad,the author tries to survey the study on the timeshare industry in other countries.
