基于SWOT分析的武汉会展业的发展对策研究

近年来,依托武汉在展馆建设、区位交通、产业和旅游等方面的优势,武汉会展业发展步入快车道。本文通过对武汉会展业进行SWOT分析,在此基础上得出武汉会展业在发展的过程中存在着行业管理不规范、缺乏会展专业人才和宣传推介不足等问题,以及来自全国各会展城市的挑战。武汉会展业应在会展配套设施建设、创建品牌会展、会展人才的引进与培养和会展行业协会建设等方面加大力度。

Relying on the advantages in exhibition hall construction, location, industry and tourism, Wuhan convention and exhibition industry has moved in- to the fast lane. Herein we use the SWOT method to ana- lyze Wuhan convention and exhibition industry, on the basis of which we conclude that there exists many dis- advantages such as inadequate industry regulation, re- fated professional shortage and lack of publicity as well as the threat from other cities. Wuhan should seize the unprecedented opportunity to propel the de- velopment of Wuhan convention and exhibition industry especially in the aspects of supporting facilities construction, exhibition brand establishment, profes- sional cultivation and convention and exhibition in- dustry association supervision.
