| Abstract: | The employment guidance course in higher vocational college is to teach the students about how to gain jobs. It plays a more and more important role in helping students get jobs. So the effectiveness of the education of the employment guidance will have a direct influence on students＇ employment. This paper shows the pointed countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance course on the basis of analyzing the problems of this course. |
