摘    要:本文的研究目的是审视与工作条件和社会人口变量相关的幼儿教师的工作满意度水平。研究样本包括264名随机挑选的在豫南某市幼儿园工作的幼儿教师。为实现研究目的,设计了两部分调查问卷,包括:(1)与教师的年龄、婚姻状况和受教育水平有关的满意度水平;(2)与物理环境、学校关系、工作条件、儿童行为、家长参与等有关的满意度水平。研究结果表明,幼儿教师对课堂物理环境及与学校内的关系的满意度很高,对工作条件、儿童的社会性行为、家长参与等方面的满意度一般。教师的个人特征与工作满意度之间,存在着显著相关。

Abstract:The main objective of this study is to examine the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in relation to work-related dimensions and socio-demographic variables. The samples consist of 264 randomly selected teachers working in kindergartens in certain southern city of Henan. To meet the study's objectives, a two-part questionnaire was designed, soliciting information about (1) teachers' age, marital status and level of education ; and (2) level of satisfaction with the physical environment, school relations, working conditions, children's behaviors, and parents' participation. The findings of this study reveal that kindergarten teachers are highly satisfied with their kindergartens' classroom physical environment and their relationships in the school.Teachers reflect average satisfaction with their working conditions, children's social behaviors and parents' participation. Significant relations are found between teachers' personal-related dimensions and job satisfaction.
