铁路编组站鲁棒阶段计划编制体系研究

摘    要:通过分析编组站计划信息的技术特征,说明列车到发信息、车流信息、调机作业时间信息等阶段计划编制依据的信息存在一定的不确定性,针对不同信息的不确定性对阶段计划编制和实施的影响,提出基于调度信息技术特征研究、阶段计划鲁棒优化方法和阶段计划调整优化方法3个层次的鲁棒阶段计划编制体系,并给出不同层次研究内容的技术方法,构建遵循鲁棒计划编制加基于数据的计划调整的编组站计划编制模式。

Abstract:Through analyzing the technical characteristics of scheme information in marshalling station,this paper expounds that the in-phase scheme drawing such as arrival-departure information,train ? ow information and shunting operation time,etc.which depend on information have uncertain factors,so targeting on the influence of uncertain factors of different information on the drawing and implement of in-phase scheme,the paper puts forward the Robustness phase scheme drawing system with three level,which includes the technical characteristic study based on dispatching information,Robustness optimization method of phase scheme and adjusted optimization method of phase scheme,then the paper provides the technical method with different-level research content,and establishes the scheduled drawing mode for marshalling station,which accorded with Robustness scheme marshalling and data-based scheduled adjustment model.
