| 摘 要： | 提高城乡公路客运中的乘客满意度是完善城乡公路客运一体化的一项重要举措。对南昌市城乡公路客运状况进行调查分析的结果表明,在影响乘客满意度的诸多因素中,通过因子分析可以提取出安全性因子、经济性因子、便捷性因子和舒适性因子等四个主因子。相应的措施应围绕这四个方面来展开,以提高城乡公路客运中的乘客满意度。

| Abstract: | Increasing passenger satisfaction degree(PSD)is an important action to integrate urban and rural passenger transportation.The investigation result in Nanchang Urban-rural passenger transportation system illustrates that four dominants about safety,economy,convenience and comfort can be extracted from the massive influential factors of the PSD with the method of factor analysis.Therefore,the countermeasures based on the four dominants can be taken to increase the PSD of urban-rural road passenger transportation. |
