| 摘 要： | 市民是城市的主体,市民的活动对城市规划的存在与演化具有举足轻重的作用.本文通过回顾中西方国家城市规划与市民关系的演变,解析了在不同时代背景下,市民的身份范畴、城市规划的价值观、市民在城市规划中的作用等方面的特点及其转变,提出了以政治核心、经济技术、人本民主为导向的三个特征阶段,并以此反思过去和把握未来,提出对两者关系未来发展方向的思考和建议.
