山东省金融稳定报告(2020)摘要

2019年,山东金融运行总体平稳。全省社会融资规模增速创历史新高,银行业机构改革取得积极进展,地方金融组织有序发展;信贷投放力度明显加大,支持实体经济的质量进一步提升,对新旧动能转换重点领域和薄弱环节支持力度加大。但经济金融运行中的结构性矛盾和薄弱环节仍然突出,实体经济运行中的各种矛盾和压力仍继续向金融业传导,大企业担保圈风险依然严峻,部分金融机构经营风险较高,非法集资、虚假宣传、违规经营等非法金融活动的风险防控压力依然较大。

Abstract of Shandong Financial Stability Report(2020)

In 2019,financial operation in Shandong was generally stable.The social financing scale set a new record high.Positive progress was made in reform of banking institutions and the local financial organizations developed in an ordered way.There was intensity in credit inputting,thus,its ability to support the quality of real economy further improved and it could increasingly give supports to the key fields and the vulnerable points of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy.However,the economic and financial conditions remained complex and grave,some structural problems of local economy and financial sectors were still prominent.Various contradictions and pressures in the real economy continued to transmit to the financial industry.The risk of large enterprise guarantee circle was still severe.Some financial institutions were operating with high risk,pressure on the risk prevention and control of illegal financial activities including illegal fundraising,false propaganda and irregular operation remained salient.
