农业上市公司资本结构影响因素实证分析

本文以2008~2010年沪深市35家农业上市公司的财务数据为样本,具体分析了我国农业企业资本结构的现状,运用EVIEWS6.0统计软件对数据进行分析研究得到资本结构的影响因素。结果表明,资产结构、盈利能力、成长性、公司规模和资产流动性对资本结构有显著影响,而股权集中度、非负债税盾和实际税率对资本结构影响不显著,并对以上结论进行了细致的分析。

Demonstrative analysis of agriculture listed company capital structure influence factor

This paper uses 35 agricultural listed co-mpanies’ financial data between 2008-2010 in Shanghai and Shenzhen Municipal for the sample,analyzes the present situation of capital structure of Chinese agricultural enterprises,with the EVIEWS6.0 statistical software to analyze the data to be determinants of capital structure.Results show that the asset structure,profitability,growth,size and liquidity of the company have significant impacts on capital structure,while ownership concentration,non-debt tax shield and the effective tax rate on capital structure are not significant,and make a detailed analysis of the above conclusions.
