| Abstract: | Building an international organization relates to cultivating transnational capabilities of our SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises),and it is a theme to which Chinese needs to pay more attentions.We should choose international organization structure so as to foster and multinational ability of SMEs from several aspects: international organization structure,and internationalizing,talent,organization of coordination of enterprises. |
