进城农民工熟人社会网络何以延续?——基于信任视角的分析

从信任视角出发,探讨进城农民工熟人社会网络延续的内在机制。进城农民工熟人社会网络的延续主要源于来自农民工群体内的拉力和城市社会的推力。农民工群体内的拉力包括:迟早要回到一种重复性博弈的农村生活状态、初级群体的社会相似性和对成员声誉的了解、弱势群体地位的影响。城市社会外群体的推力主要指:农民工的社会污名化、农民工对城市社会风险的自觉规避、信任机制的缺失。

How Does the Acquaintance Society of Peasant Workers Continue:Analysis on the Theory of Trust

In this article,viewing from an angel of interpersonal trust and social transformation,we discuss the problem of continuation of the peasant workers' familiar society.The investigation discovers the continuation of the present workers' familiar society comes from the pull inside the group and the push outside the group,among which the pull inside the group is born of that they will be back to countryside sooner or later,which is a repetitive game condition and the social similarity and acquaintance with in-group members' personal reputations in primary group as well as the influence of the status of vulnerable groups.The push from outside of the city originates from the Stigma of peasant workers,their intentional evasion from city risk and the absence of trust system.
