| 摘 要： | 关于国家审计模式的建立,早在八十年代中期,审计理论界与实务界就展开了激烈的讨论,进行了积极的探讨。十几年来关于如何建立国家审计模式有很多种设想,各有各的道理,分析我国国家审计模式存在问题的原因及前人的理论,构建出审计领导体制目标模式和切实可行模式,最终完善国家审计领导体制模式。

| Abstract: | In middle 1980s, a heated discussion on the construction of national auditing mechanism went on between auditing theory staff and practice personnel. A lot of perspectives are put forward within recent two decades. The paper analyzed our country's national auditing mechanism's existing problems and aforementioned theories, constructed audi- ting leading mechanism target and practical mode, so that national auditing leading can be fulfilled. |
