物流独角兽企业与城市物流、城市经济的空间耦合关系研究

本文采用地理经济学研究模型，考察10个城市的27家物流独角兽企业的空间分布特征及变动趋势，并将物流独角兽企业与城市物流、城市经济进行对比研究。结果显示，城市物流和城市经济有效促进了物流独角兽企业的整体发展，且物流独角兽企业的发展呈现出与城市物流和经济发展空间聚集一致、城市间分化愈加明显、城市分布格局尚处于演进阶段等典型特征；物流独角兽企业、城市物流、城市经济等变量的空间耦合度表明，城市物流和城市经济对物流独角兽企业的发展起到的作用在不同城市有差异。基于上述研究结论，为扬长避短，各城市应采取有针对性的措施促进物流独角兽企业的发展，通过实施有效的差异化政策等举措促进城市经济与物流产业协调发展，发挥城市物流和城市经济对物流独角兽企业发展的促进作用。

Research on Spatial Coupling Relationship among Logistics Unicorn Enterprises,Urban Logistics and Urban Economy

This paper explores spatial distribution characteristics and changing trends of 27 logistics unicorn enterprises in 10 cities with a geo-economic research model, and makes a comparative study of logistics unicorn enterprises with urban logistics and urban economy. The results show that urban logistics and economy effectively promote the overall development of logistics unicorn enterprises, and the development of logistics unicorn enterprises presents typical characteristics such as the spatial aggregation of urban logistics and economic development, the increasingly obvious differentiation between cities, and the evolution stage of urban distribution pattern. Through the classification and statistical research of spatial coupling regional types of logistics unicorn and other variables, it is shown that urban logistics and economy play different roles in promoting or restricting the development of logistics unicorn. Therefore, in order to make good use of strengths and avoid weaknesses, cities should take targeted measures to promote the development of logistics unicorn enterprises, stimulate the coordinated development of urban economy and logistics industry by implementing effective differentiation policies and other measures, and give full play to the role of urban logistics and urban economy in promoting the development of logistics unicorn enterprises.
