| 摘 要： | 房地产投资过程是风险与收益并存的,尤其在我国当前经济状况下,分析房地产投资的风险并进行有效规避更是势在必行.文中对房地产投资过程的四个阶段包括投资决策阶段,土地获取阶段,项目建设阶段.经营管理阶段的风险进行分析,然后针对风险提出可供参考的对策建议.
