绿色信托促进企业履行环境责任的绩效分析

在如今国家提倡的环境保护与金融业深度融合的背景下,绿色金融应时代变化被提出。信托作为金融业的重要支柱,积极带动金融业与绿色产业进行产业融合——绿色信托是其中的重中之重,但是绿色信托的投资能否促进"双高"企业降低能耗,进行产能优化升级,积极履行自身环境责任,尚未可知。本文以2012—2019年23个企业为研究对象,他们都是绿色信托资金的被投资方,通过面板数据模型回归对企业环境责任评分受绿色信托投资规模的影响程度进行实证分析。结果表明:绿色信托投资规模与企业环境责任评分呈正相关关系;绿色信贷能够增强企业的环境绩效,促使企业积极提高自身环境保护形象,并通过结果来对国家、信托公司、相关企业提出建议。

Performance Analysis of Green Trust for Enterprises to Fulfill Their Environmental Responsibilities

under the background of the deep integration of environmental protection and financial industry advocated by the state today, green finance should be put forward to change in the times. As an important pillar of the financial industry, the trust actively drives the financial industry to integrate with the green industry —— Green trust is one of the most important, but whether the investment of green trust can promote"double high"enterprises to reduce energy consumption, optimize and upgrade production capacity, and actively fulfill their own environmental responsibilities is not known. This paper takes 23 enterprises from 2012 to 2019 as the research object, they are all the investors of green trust funds, and get green credit through panel data model regression to the enterprise environmental responsibility score. The influence degree of investment scale is analyzed empirically. The results show that the scale of green trust investment is positively related to the score of enterprise environmental responsibility, and green credit can enhance the environmental performance of enterprises, promote enterprises to actively improve their image of environmental protection, and through the results to put forward suggestions to the state, trust companies, related enterprises.
