超声波辅助提取小麦胚芽油的工艺研究

摘    要:实验以麦胚为原料,采用超声波辅助浸提小麦胚油。研究超声温度、超声处理时间、超声功率和料液比对小麦胚芽油出油率的影响,并正交试验结果进行分析。实验显示:料液比1:7(W/V)、超声波处理时间10min、超声波处理温度45℃、超声波功率250W,其出油率为9.81%。超声波辅助提取是一种有效的油脂提取方法。

Abstract:Experiment with the wheat germ as raw materials,the ultrasonic extraction auxiliary wheat germ oil.Study ultrasound temperature ,ultrasonic treatment time ,ultrasonic power and wheat germ oil material liquid ratio ,and the influence of the haracteristic of orthogonal experimental results were analyzed.The experimental show:solid-liquid ratio 1:7 (W/V), ultrasonic processing time 10min,ultrasonic treatment temperature of 45℃, ultrasonic power 25 W,the haracteristic of for 9.81%.Ultrasonic assisted extraction is an effective method for extracting oil.
