电网企业预算编制模型研究

利用财务理论,将电网企业预算模型化,建立由模型参数模块、基础数据模块、模拟测算模块、特殊事项处理模块、预算报表模块等组成的预算编制模型。模型规范了预算编制所需数据以及计算所得的成本支出,实现了预算编制的全过程管理,实现了电网公司总部以及网省公司预算编制结果的科学合理性。

Study on Model of Budget Establishment for Power Grid Companies

In an attempt to standardize budget establishment of power grid companies on the basis of financial theories, this paper tries to work out a budget establishment model composed of the model parameter module, the basic data module, the simulation calculation module, the special matter treatment module and the budget report and sheets module. The model which will perform overall process management of budget establishment standardizes the data required for budget establishment and the costs derived from calculation. The application of the model will achieve rational results in budget establishment of the headquarters of the State Grid Corporation as well as the regional and the provincial grid companies.
