| 摘 要： | 总部经济是一新兴的经济学概念。总部经济是现实社会客观存在的经济现象。本文对总部经济的形成机理进行了研究，分析了总部经济的效应，提出了形成总部经济城市的条件，最后给出了中国发展总部经济的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Headquarters economy is a new concept of economics which embodied in the realities of contemporary economy and society in China. In this paper, we study the mechanism of the form of headquarters economy, analyze six effects of headquarters economy, put forward to the conditions of the form of headquarters economy, and give some suggestions we should make to boost headquarters economy in China. |
